Guest speaker: Jesse Kassbaum, recently retired from the US Coast Guard will discuss what happens when the Coast Guard fields a distress call. Stories from his experiences aboard rescue craft, drug interdiction boats, and icebreakers in North America, Central America, and Antarctica will illustrate his talk.
